Civil Case on Tenant & She Files Bankruptcy
Hi - I have a civil case going against a tenant and the tenant recently announced she was claiming bankruptcy. I was days away from a default judgment because she never responded. Now there is a stay noted on the case file. Has anyone ever had this happen?
