Resident of CA with IN LLC. What out-of-state LLC fees do I owe?

I have an LLC in Indiana for my investment properties. It was set up in the last quarter of 2015. The physical address is in Indiana, but the mailing address is in my local area. Can someone with experience and/or knowledge direct me to where I can assess the complete fees for both in Indiana and California so that I won't be penalized?

I've googled, but have only come up with fees for LLCs that are physically located in California. I've also gotten the impression that the fees for California alone are very far reaching for LLC, even if they are not located in state, so I am aware that I will be paying handsome fees.

Please help!

I believe California has nexus rules that essentially say that as a CA resident running an out of state LLC, you will have to pay a CA LLC franchise fee.

It goes without saying that, as a CA resident, all income earned from all sources (even your out of state LLC) will be taxable on your CA state income tax return.

Best to consult a CA tax professional for specific guidance.
