Legal Concerns with Co-Wholesaling?
This is going to sound like a question on the SATs, but please bear with me.
If investor A has a property under contract with a property owner, and he/she enters into a co-wholesale agreement with investor B, whose role is to find a cash buyer for the deal, does investor B assume any legal risks based on the actions of investor A or any concerns/complaints of the end buyer (investor C)?
