2 Member LLC Filing Date
Tax Question: I formed a 2 member LLC in 2015 and purchased a building with it. I was just told that since it's a 2 member LLC that it will be taxed as a partnership, and given the changes in filing dates this year, I will need to have my taxes for the LLC completed by tomorrow. I've researched this online, but seem to be getting conflicting information. Does anyone know whether or not the LLC needs to file it's taxes by tomorrow, or whether I have till April 15th to complete? Thanks!
