Self-directed IRA to purchase condo for Vacation Rental - AirBnB

Hello,

I found a unique opportunity to purchase a condo in a great location for vacationers. Am I able to purchase this condo with my SDIRA and rent the condo out on AirBnB as a vacation rental?

I will never stay/live in the condo.
