Has anyone ever heard of an Owner 401k?  What is the difference between this and a solo 401k?

@John Reed

since you are considered to be a 'Disqualified Person' to your 401k - you are not allowed to do any work on the property yourself. You will have to hire third party maintenance providers for repairs, etc. You are only allowed to do administrative work such as paying bills, screen and select contractors to do the work on the property etc.
