I'm a newbie trying to get started in investing. I understand in some states a brokering license is mandatory. One day down the road I plan on getting one. ( Not looking for legal advice just some education) The question I have is do i need a brokering license to start wholesaling properties in the state of Alabama and if so how would I go about obtaining one?
