Working with a Lawyer to create wholesale contract?

I'm about to start my marketing for motivated sellers but I feel that I should have a good contract hammered down in case I get a potential lead. Any suggestions on how to obtain one or who to go to? Im from Morris county NJ.

I would personally not recommend using a contract on a napkin or a standard template you find online. It is best that you do work with a local attorney to create a bespoke agreement that reflects your personal risk aversion and concerns going forward. Many standard form contracts you may find through online services do not adequately shift burdens of risk, provide for costs of collections, or fully comply with all local laws. Seek out a local *business* attorney in your area. Ask your friends who they use, and utilize your state bar's lawyer referral service.

@Nick Gentile I really dont know. A contract on a napkin will work for them, but if you want to get technical then I don't know. It's only as big of a deal as you make it. That's my opinion. It's just a house.
