How long does UBIT apply?
For a debt and SDIRA financed property a proportional amount of the rental income is subject to UBIT. Is the debt financed portion of the rental income subject to UBIT only during the period the debt is not completely satisfied? That is, once the property is owned free and clear (say after 10 years) by the SDIRA does UBIT still apply?
