Can I wholesale/flip in my SDIRA?
I have a Roth SDIRA with only about $11,000 in it. It is currently deployed at Lending Club making like 7% which is basically nothing on $11,000. From time to time I have the opportunity to buy cheap houses and flip for like $5-$10k profit. Is this something I could use my SDIRA for?
