Best way to learn Quickbooks?

Only learn from the internet if it is specific to your industry: rental or flip or both. And then find someone more specific - renting commercial, condo HOA, residential and vacation.

Use the QB Wizard and setup a dummy practice company.  If you're familiar with accounting basics, it tends to flow naturally.  Play with Invoices, Receive Payments, Collections, PnL.

When you're ready to go live, just create your Real Company Books and look for Rentals as a business type.  The only thing I had to add manually was Asset Deposits Paid and the offeset Liability Deposits Collected.

I would agree with @Daniel Hyman.  Youtube videos are great for learning.  I had never used QB before starting my current job, I was so lost at first.  Any time I had a question, instead of asking my coworkers I just googled it, most of the time a youtube video would pop up with the exact answer I was looking for.  Searching for a ProAdvisor is also a great idea @Jana Cain.  Try out the search function and give someone a shoutout http://proadvisor.intuit.com/search/index-standalo...

You could try searching the various online learning portals like Lynda, Coursera, Udemy, etc. Those sites offer a wide range of courses across every topic imaginable - I would expect there to be some Quickbooks offerings in there as well.

You can also go to the Quickbooks site and search for a ProAdvisor. You could hire someone as a consultant to do a training with you.
