Investor-friendly Accountant in Tucson?
Hey all, I'm just at the beginning of my real estate investing journey, and I understand the importance of having a good accountant on my team. Thus far, I have 3 single family home rental properties here in Tucson. One of these I purchased this year through a 1031 exchange after selling our old rental house in the Denver area. So I really think taxes are going to be too much for me to handle on my own this year. . .. .anyone know of any accountants in Tucson who specialize in working with real estate investors?

Nathan Sprenger Best is to google "Real Estate friendly CPA" . Here is the one I found: www.klkcpa.com, I do not know this firm or worked with them. I have my own CPA whom unfortunately does not accept more Client at the moment. Please interview a few and see how expert they are.
