For those that need to send out 1099-Misc forms or other Tax Forms you can request them for free through the IRS at this link: https://www.irs.gov/businesses/online-ordering-for-information-returns-and-employer-returns .
The website says you will receive the forms within 10 business days, but I got mine in 3. Anyway hopefully this will save some people money, as last year I ended up buying it through staples for $20...
