Wholesaling & NY State laws

Does anyone know where I can find out the laws pertaining to wholesaling for Upstate New York, specifically Albany, NY? I'm just starting out and don't have my license but I would like to work within the boundaries of the law. Thank you!

Hmm.. not too familiar with the laws but I would imagine any real estate lawyer particular to the capital region would be able to provide you with some information regarding wholesaling, in addition to reaching out to our local REIA.

I have yet to go to a meeting but I am always interested in meeting with other investors!
