Need CPA with experience in multi-state rentals

Hi! I'm a newbie here but I've been listening to BP podcasts for the last few weeks and I'm starting to see that I should have a cpa with expertise in REI.

I live in WA and I have 4 rentals across PA, WA, and CA. I'd like to form an LLC and develop an investment strategy for the year(s) ahead.

Any good recommendations for a CPA that can support my specific needs?
