How to buy portfolios?
I'm looking at a deal currently that includes two 1br/1baand one 2br/1ba. I'm considering picking it up for the purposes of wholesaling two and holding one. My question is, do I need to sign and close on them individually or is their another option I'm unaware of? Thanks in advance!
