Looking for a CPA in Washington

Hi Everyone! This is the worst time of the year to ask for a CPA..... but I'm going to do it anyway because I find myself needing one. I'm getting started in real estate investing (just bought my first investment property) and I'm a real estate agent. I'm looking for someone who can advise me on tax strategies as both an agent and a buy and hold investor. I'm located in Gig Harbor Washington.
