Looking for a Tax/CPU individual near San Marcos Texas

Hello,

I live in San Marcos and in the need of a Tax/CPU specialist who knows Real Estate very well.  I'm in the beginning stages of investing and need to know how to plan with taxes in mind.  I have a lot I want to do a 1031 exchange and how to plan for the 1st purchase.  Any contacts would be greatly appreciated.  Could be near San Marcos as well, like Austin or San Antonio.
