Question about Fraud

Paging @Bill Gulley

Recently you wrote a post about contracts, citing various forms of fraud such as fraud by inducement, etc. A friend has a situation with an unlicensed broker that appears to possibly be going to court. It appears that everything the unlicensed broker stated was a lie. If you recall, will you please cite the various frauds you had previously mentioned. I would like to pass along your information on this to him. Thanks Bill!

Wholesalers you need to watch out for are also part time minsters! Good luck :)
