Owner Occupied SFR Home Insurance Policy
I am looking into renting out a single family
residential home while living in it.
The short and sweet is basically what type of home owners policy should I have?
Do I just get a basic home owners policy and require the tenants to get renters? Or do I have to add something to a home owners? Or is there a specific policy in this case?
