Hi - I live in New York (originally from Ft.Lauderdale), and I am looking to buy a multi-family investment property back in SE Florida. Does anyone have a CPA that they would recommend?

Is the right strategy to get a CPA in the area you are investing, or in the area you reside?

Thanks!!!

@Aaron Simek The right strategy is to align yourself with a CPA who you are comfortable with, and ultimately can best help you achieve your goals. Location is not as important as the expertise of the CPA you choose to work with.
