Contract, screening for renting rooms.

Hello BP, I'm in the process of purchasing my first property. I plan on house hacking this single family home by renting out the extra rooms. I'm looking for a contract and a decent screening process. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I want to make this as legitimate as possible. Thank you in advance!
