Please Help! Contracts, Lease options, Master lease options

Hey guys, I'm still very new to this but I know I can do it! The biggest problem I'm running into is a cheap way to find contracts and lease agreements that I can trust. Yes I said cheap because I don't have much to work with right now. Any Suggestions? Or should I be talking with a RE Lawyer?

Thanks for any and all the help!

Hi Cory, I too am new to commercial real estate. But with that said, I've been doing SFHs for quite some time with some pretty good success.  And I've always made a point to hire professionals if unsure or not knowledgeable about something.

It's certainly your call but when the time comes I plan on hiring an attorney for my MLO.
