I started an LLC....now what?
My husband and I have purchased three SFH in the last year and are using them as rentals. We decided to create an LLC to protect our personal assets. The properties were purchased before the LLC was created so now how to I move those properties into our newly created business. I had our accountant help us set up the LLC, but she said I will need an attorney to put the properties into the LLC name. I'm looking for advice on what is the easiest, cheapest way to accomplish this?
