I started an LLC....now what?

My husband and I purchased three SFH this past year and are using them as rentals. We decided to create an LLC to protect our personal assets. The LLC was created after purchasing the rentals. We used our accountant to help us set up the LLC, but she said we will need an attorney to get the properties moved under the newly created business name. Looking for advice on what is the easiest and cheapest way to go about this?
