NYC Landlord Attorney Needed for Eviction

It's a long hard search to find a
landlord attorney in NYC ( Brooklyn, NYC or Queens) for an eviction who communicates regularly with client on updates of case, appears knowledgeable about facts of the eviction case, and emits a feeling that they are competent. Because of this I am here desperately asking any and all NY landlords/real estate investors for a recommendation of a landlord attorney who in your experience with them has demonstrated a majority of the above mentioned traits/skills.
