Bound to original contract during renegotiation?

I am selling a SFH and during the option period the buyer is renegotiating based on the inspection. I may be getting a higher offer from another buyer, and am wondering: am I still bound to the first buyer's original offer once they have tried to renegotiate?

No. Asking for concessions/renegotiating is Not the same thing as canceling the contract. Until the buyer formally cancels the contract it is still in force.
