Divorce in LLC ownership

looking for advice: as part of my husband and my imminent divorce settlement, I will be receiving full ownership of one of our LLCs which owns 2 properties: 1 in MN -4 unit apartment bldg and 1 in WI -seasonal summer rental cottage through vrbo. He and I are only members of LLC which holds mortgages on these 2 properties through separate banks. I believe one mortgage traditional taken 2014 and 1 commercial 5 year ARM taken March 2017. Q is: will I need to inform lender when change of LLC occurs after divorce and I become sole member/owner? And what are chances lender will no longer want to continue mortgage and/or call due etc? I have helped manage properties also and will have some equity in these 2 properties if that helps. Any advice or information helpful here. Thanks
