TREC 1-4 Contract For Wholesaling

I'm new here and excited to fellowship with the members. I have some experience with TREC 1-4 contracts for traditional real estate sales. Does anyone have an example they could email or pm me of how you fill it out for a wholesale sell and for the assignment?
