I'm going to be there.  I started a separate thread without realizing this one was already going.

What about if we connected at a certain date, time and place, so if we don't find each other in the normal course of networking, we'll know we will find each other at that specific time.

I'm flying in Thursday afternoon, arriving at the hotel about 4:30-5PM ish, flight times permitting.

I've been debating if I am going or not. I think the value is in the person-person networking for most BP individuals already uising their SDIRA for real estate investments. What I'd really like to see is ETC promote regional or local get togethers. For whatever reason they don't or won't provide resources to make it happen. Kind of like not having their webinars recorded and archived. Not sure why they don't do that either.
