Moving a LLC registered in a different state
I registered/started my LLC in New Jersey with a NJ address. I have recently moved to South Carolina and want to know if it is possible to move that LLC to my "new" state of residence. Is this doable or legal? Are there any tax or fee implications with moving the LLC?
