1031 Provider in Washington State

Hi, 

I'm going to be selling a rental property in WA state and using a 1031 exchange to re-invest in another market.  Can anyone recommend a 1031 exchange custodian in WA State.  I'm told by a local bank where I live in Colorado that I need to find someone in Washington state due to WA state laws.

I just relocated from Washington.
