Philadelphia rental license question
Long story short, I bought a property with my sister in Philadelphia. The deed and all the records has both of our names on it. However, when I apply the tax number, I can only choose individual and it only allow us to enter one owners info.
While our property manager try to apply the rental license, he wasnt able to due to the property has two names on it..
Anyone has similar experience? What should we do in this case?
