Buying with a Roth & loan
Looking to buy a rental with my roth. I do not have enough in my roth to buy, rehab and get the unit ready to rent. I don't have enough to buy a unit with the roth outright either.
Can any one suggest a legal way to finance part of the rehab and purchase while buying it with my roth? Any ideas on structuring a deal like this would be appreciated.
