Miami-Dade taxes estimate

I am currently trying to buy my first investment property in Miami-Dade but I am having trouble estimating how much taxes will be. On one of my searches it says that taxes will be around $11,000-12,000 a year on a $550,000 tri-plex. On another search it says $3,600 a year. Can someone help me to find the best way to find an estimation on the property. Thanks in advance.

@Diego La Rotta I don't know about your area, but my county has a calculator to estimate taxes. Check the county website
