Want to replace my camera and was wondering if a high end camera is something i can expense. i am talking $3k camera. i am a "high end" amateur photographer with good taste in cameras and lenses.

Of course i'll use it to take pictures of the properties.

I should also mention here, but there are hundreds of additional expenses that you might use if you have a business. I'm going to be speaking on some of these at the seminar in Denver in March. I hope you will enjoy them....

There was a book written 20 or 30 years ago by Charles Givens called wealth without risk and it had probably 100 strategies with regards to taxes. I'm sure many of the codes have been changed, but many are probably still the same. If you are serious about learning more of tax saving strategies I would suggest that book as a starting point.
