Accessing Assets from Inherited IRA as non-spouse recipient
Hey guys,
I have an Inherited-IRA from my father, and I am trying to figure how I can access those funds, tax-free, to utilize for potential real estate deals.
Any help or direction you guys can give, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks =)

You cannot personally access the funds without taking a taxable distribution.
What you could do is shift the existing account to a self-directed IRA. That would allow the IRA to invest in real estate instead of whatever it might be invested in today. Any gains would flow back to the IRA tax-deferred, allowing you to continue growing that savings. You can take distributions of income to yourself and will pay taxes on what you take out.
