Dear all,
Any of you have done multiple rental properties grouping election as per Regs. Sec. 1.469-9(g)?
If so, care to share sample text of the letter you sent to IRS? Or point me to proper resources? I don't believe there is a formal form for it, eh? At least TurboTax EA indicated there is none.

Treasury Reg Sec 1.469-9(g) believe it or not has the answer to what you're looking for... Look it up. : )
I'm assuming you've consulted your tax advisors and understand the ramifications of the election and that it's a net benefit to you.
