Anyone have a Missouri LLC?

I have an LLC in MO that I am setting up to hold my properties- just a holding company- it does no business and makes no sales in the state. Does anyone else have the same? I am trying to figure out if I have to fill out form 2643 (Missouri Tax Registration Application). The good people at the department of revenue in MO were quite cryptic and said I needed to 'fill out 0' every year on form 53-1. Anyone know the penalty for not filing 0 every year? These forms are byzantine. Anyone have a Real Estate holding LLC in MO? What forms besides yearly report do you fill out every year? Thanks.
