Option Contract question
Hello. Does anyone know if it is possible set up a real estate option to purchase contract and still let the seller continue to try to sell the real estate during the option period? So seller would offer the option buyer the real estate at a discount in the option contract, but both seller and option buyer would be trying to sell the property at the same time.
