CPA Recommendation Richmond VA

Hi, My wife and I do flips and invest in rentals in the Richmond, VA area via our newly formed LLC. We have had rental properties for years in our own name but only recently began flipping houses in the LLC. We are small now, but will be huge in the future :)

Can anyone recommend a CPA for our personal and business needs?   We plan to do our own bookkeeping for now but would like to hire someone to get us started in Quickbooks (setting up chart of accounts/processes to manage and report on flips.
