Hi, in my career I have worked for many employers, now I want to consolidate all my 401(k) into one Self directed IRA.

my concern is do I need to find out by calling all my previous employers about their 401(k) providers.

or is their any better or quick way.

Thanks

@Raj G.

Any 401(k) from a prior employer will be available for rollover to a new IRA or 401(k) of your choosing. Once you establish a new self-directed IRA, you will contact each of the 401(k) administrators to have them rollover the funds to that IRA. It is a fairly simple process. Most IRA custodians will guide you through the paperwork.
