This is a lease option contract and I dont understand this:

((( RENEWAL: At seller's complete discretion, Buyer may renew the lease option for ___term(s) of (12) months. )))

QUESTION: DOES THIS MEAN I CAN ONLY RENEW THE LEASE OPTION FOR 12 MONTHS OR CAN I DO 80 MONTHS?
