How should we title our first rental property purchase?

My wife and I are considering having just my name on deed mainly so my wife does not have to sign leases. It will be an all cash deal, and both of us are contributing significant amounts of money from our individual bank accounts. Is it good idea to title just in my name or is it better to take title as tenants by the entirety, tenancy in common or joint tenants? We are in Maryland, a non-community property state. What are are tax/estate/marital rights implications of each titling option? Thank you.
