Need to make a real estate partnership Agreement

Hello Bigger Pockets Nation,

I am interested in starting a real estate investment group with a group of friends. We want to start an LLC and purchase our first condo as our first investment property. I searched online and found way too many options and didn't know which one to choose. It is going to be a multi member partnership. (5 members) If anyone knows or has a template that I can use to start the Partnership agreement here it would be great. I looked online and was checking to see if anyone has a template or needed passages for me. I look forward to any advice or pointers. Thank you.

If you're forming a MMLLC with arms-length members, it's very advisable to have an attorney and tax CPA to draft the operating agreement.

Thank you. I think we are going to put some money together and pay a pro to draft it all up.
