Self-Directed IRA: Operating Agreement

I'm in the process of establishing an SDIRA, which will hold 100% of the member interests of a to-be-formed LLC. Does anyone have a sample "IRA LLC" operating agreement (or web link to an op agreement) which you would mind sharing?

Thanks for your help.

IRA LLC is NOT a DIY project, you are "disqualified person" and can't provide services to your IRA, the LLC must be IRS compliant, the filing must include IRA-compliant language, the OA must indicate that this is special purpose LLC and comply with IRS as well. Trying to do it yourself will likely lead to prohibited transaction and disqualify your IRA. Do you really want to take that risk? Engage services of a professional and do it right.
