How to Tax my Wholesale LLC?
I am closing a wholesale in Pennsylvania (PA LLC), I have W2 income from Maryland, and I plan on moving to Missouri before I file taxes (FHA 4-plex). I am looking for the best way to file taxes for my LLC, should I file as a sole-proprietorship or another way?
Sidenote: I financed a car this year, and I am considering paying it off right after securing the FHA 4-plex, my interest rate is high and I plan on using that PA wholesale deal to pay it off.
