How to create a Land Trust in NY

Hello All,

Has anybody ever created a land trust in NY, how did you do it? what forms you used? what steps did you take?. Can you fill out the forms and take it to the county to have it recorded? any help would be appreciated, I'm trying to set one up for a Subject to deal I'm currently working on.
