No paperwork of my ownership land!

Hello,

So in late June 2015 I bought a property I was going to flip, a potential vacation rental In Northern New Hampshire. Life’s gotten very busy, and I might just cut ties with a half renovated property as I now live three hours away in Portland Maine and would like an extra 30k or more to put towards a upcoming house hack. At the time I thought it a good idea to leave all paperwork of ownership with my mother since she lives close to the area the property is located in. Unfortunately I was tied up and didn’t make it to visit her house for almost a year. She fairly quickly has developed Alzheimer's and has lost all of that documentation. I can not find it anywhere. What do I do?

@Forrest Greene go to the county and pay for the documentation, probably worth it instead of spending hours looking for it.
