Looking for a CPA RE

Hello, I am newer to real estate investing. I have one multi family property in Seattle, and looking to acquire more single-family homes. Does anybody have any tips or tricks to finding a CPA that is also a real estate investor, preferably in the greater Seattle area? Thanks for your time.
